Are you talking about just a cuff to cover the elbow area, sort of like an elbow guard would, but out of soft and cozy fabric? I havent heard of them, but Id be happy to make a custom order for you if you are interested in having me make a few pairs for you! I have done arm cuffs in the past for people who only wanted to cover a portion of their arm due to tattoos and the like for work, so it would be no problem at all for me to custom make some for you!
